Our operation is based in Bardstown, Kentucky, which is a short 45-minute drive from both Louisville and Lexington.
Bardstown has for many years been known as the “Bourbon Capital of the World” due to the handcrafted bourbons made in the area.
In the summer of 2012 Bardstown was recognized as the “Most Beautiful Small Town in America” by USA Today and Rand McNally.
Mill Creek runs through the heart of Mill Creek Ranch. Like many waterways in bourbon country, the creek has a solid limestone bed that creates a high quality iron free water source.
There are several elevation changes in the stretch of Mill Creek that runs through the ranch and the resulting waterfalls create a soothing oceanic sound that keeps both humans and livestock in a peaceful and productive frame of mind.
Our goal is to raise the best possible Kiko goats, Belted Galloway cattle and Thoroughbred horses. We are a work in progress and ranch life is an ongoing challenge.
But, the ranch provides a lifestyle that is conducive to our Christian faith and our desire to shape and mold this little corner of the earth into a space that is pleasing to the eye.
We welcome guests to the ranch on an appointment basis and look forward to doing business with you.
